Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you apply for early access we store your email address, your role, your Instagram handle if you give it, and the time you agreed to this policy. We use these details only to contact you about early access to Tearsheet and to invite you to create a profile.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@tearsheet.eu.

Where your data is stored

Sign-ups are stored with Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page. Vercel is a US company; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

Fonts are served from our own domain. We do not use tracking, advertising cookies or analytics.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or at the latest 12 months after the public launch if you have not created a profile.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@tearsheet.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
